Free AI Ops Agent Sprint

A free on-site sprint where we come find the AI agents your sales team would really use and build two of them.

Most sales teams have AI licenses and nothing running inside the sales workflow.

This sprint fixes that in five days. We spend a few days with your reps to figure out what’s eating their time, then build two AI agents that take some of it off their plates. We demo the agents on Friday, and you get to keep all of it.

A preview of the week

Before

We start with a call with the leader backing the sprint. Together, we agree on goals, who we’ll talk to, and what sample data we need.

We set up the workspace and seed the opportunity list based on this.

Day 1

We meet with 6 to 8 people who do the work (reps, account managers, customer success, and ops). Each talk runs 30 to 45 minutes.

By the end of the day, we usually have 10 to 20 ideas.

Day 2

We cut the list down to 6 to 8 and map out each one, step by step. For each, we figure out how many hours and dollars it could save.

Then we pick two to build.

Days 3–4

We build both agents with a sample of your data. Along the way, you’ll see how much better they work when they know how your team sells.

On Thursday, the people who’d use them give them a try, and we fix whatever breaks.

Day 5

We spend an hour with your leaders. You’ll watch both agents do real work (tricky cases included), and see what each one is worth to your team.
